At TolyMoly Creative Lab, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products and creative solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Because our services and products are digital and non-tangible, all sales are considered final.

Digital Product Delivery

Once a product (such as a logo, branding kit, automation workflow, or design asset) is delivered and accessible to the client, it is considered “used” and non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

We offer limited refunds under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error
  • A digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed projects or partially completed services
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
  • Missed deadlines due to delayed client feedback, approvals, or content

Client Satisfaction

We do our best to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result. For most deliverables, we offer one or more revision rounds to address your feedback.

If you are unhappy with the product or service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
